Naturally fermented in 300 L oak barrels with no added CO2 and less than 2% sugar by volume, we use organic natural food sourced as locally as possible, that are as close to their original form as possible.
We partner with Bellinger River Organics in the Northern Rivers of NSW for the ginger and turmeric in our ginger beer, the certified organic apple juice we use comes from Tasmania. We support domestic small business and get the best local ingredients that exist.

BR kombucha will often have bits from the scoby floating around, our kombucha is unfiltered and raw.
