Oak BARREL FERMENTED

Black Radish organic white tea kombucha is barrel fermented in ex Hunter Valley 300 litre oak barrels, fermented at our modest space in Marrickville the thriving hub of indie producers. Ingredients such as wild-crafted strawberry gum (eucalyptus olida), organic bergamot oil and certified organic Tasmanian Royal Gala Apple juice. Among our customers we are privileged to have supplied Antipodean, Noma Australia, Momofuku, Rockpool, Automata and Jonah’s at Whale Beach.
